Cancellation Policy
Your consumer right of return and refund (This clause only applies if you are a consumer).
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel an Agreement under the Consumer Agreements (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 during the period outlined in clause 1.3 below. This means that within this specified period, if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or retain a Course, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Agreement and receive a refund. Information and advice about your legal right to cancel the Agreement is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Your legal right to cancel an Agreement commences from the date of the Confirmation Email (the date on which we email you to confirm our acceptance of your order), at which point the Agreement between us is formed. The final date to cancel the Agreement depends on your order and delivery method, as described in the table below:
Your Agreement: Your Agreement is for a single Course (not delivered in installments on separate days).
End of the cancellation period: The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you receive the Course.
For example: If we send you a Confirmation Email on 1 January, and you receive the course on the same date, you may cancel at any time between 1 January and 15 January.
To cancel an Agreement, simply inform us of your decision to cancel. The most straightforward way to do this is by emailing us at contact@akademiaksiegowosci.co.uk. If you choose to email us, please include order details to help us identify it. Your cancellation will take effect from the date you send us the email. For instance, your notice is valid as long as you email us before midnight on that day.
If course materials have been delivered to you before your decision to cancel your Agreement, do not continue accessing electronically delivered materials.
If you decide to cancel your Agreement, we will:
- Refund the price paid for the Courses to you. However, please be aware that we are permitted by law to withhold your refund if the course has already started (the course is delivered in whole or in part in a purely electronic format). Once you start or open a single video within your course, cancellation will not be possible.
- Process any refunds owed to you as soon as possible within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to cancel the Agreement.
We will issue the refund to the debit or credit card used for payment (or by another agreed-upon method and subject to our agreement and your original method of payment).
Additionally, please note that each course grants access for 365 days from the purchase date. After this period, a new license for access or subscription will be required.
